FlashLink Reusable Data Loggers

The FlashLink Pro data logger has an LCD screen that lets you view current temperature, while the internal microprocessor memory does the temperature recording for you. Reviewing the data is simple and easy. Record and archive the temperature data of your perishable products as they are shipped on your internal fleets from the DC to the retail facility, to gain additional control of temperature information and logistics issues during distribution.

The FlashLink and FlashLink Pro are reusable, credit card sized electronic data loggers. This line of data loggers comes in a variety of temperature and temperature/humidity models with combinations of internal and external probes with temperature-resistant Teflon wires. The FlashLink and FlashLink Pro Data Loggers are housed in a shock-resistant, waterproof case to withstand rugged and wet environments. A green LED indicator flashes when the data logger is active, and a red LED indicator flashes when alarm conditions occur, alerting you to out of range conditions.

Standard internal temperature sensor range is -40ºF-150ºF (-40ºC-66ºC), and External temperature sensor range is from -40ºF-302ºF (-40ºC-150ºC), with accuracy of +1.OºF (0.5ºC) and O.1ºC resolution. Relative humidity range is 20%-90%, with an accuracy of 5% or better.

The FlashLink, Program Manager software is a very user friendly and feature-packed program, compatible with Windows 95 and Windows 3.1 operating systems. Programmable features include logging intervals from 3 seconds to 24 hours, high and low alarm settings, adjustable alarm delays, delayed start from O seconds to 256 days, and a manual start button.

Recorded information includes date, time, temperature and humidity data, with a memory capacity from 3,800 to 32,000 data points, depending on model. FlashLink’s patented design downloads 3,800 data points within 5 seconds, without the need for Interface cables, by plugging directly into your parallel port. Data can be listed, graphed, imported to a spread-sheet, or can be sent by E-mail anywhere in the world.
